1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the phjoy98 platform — including the website at phjoy98.app, any associated mobile applications, and all games, features, and services offered therein — you ("the Player," "you," or "your") agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the phjoy98 platform. Continued use of phjoy98 following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and phjoy98 ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our"). phjoy98 operates within the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

2. Eligibility

To register and use phjoy98, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine law for casino-style gambling activities.
• You are a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You are accessing phjoy98 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of phjoy98, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from phjoy98 or any other gambling platform under a self-exclusion agreement that remains in effect.
• You are not accessing phjoy98 on behalf of any third party.

phjoy98 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued ID, proof of address, or proof of age. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension or closure.

3. Account Registration

To access real-money games and services on phjoy98, you must create a registered account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete.
• Register only one (1) account per person. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of any associated balances.
• Not register using a false identity, pseudonym, or another person's personal information.

phjoy98 conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification as part of the account registration and withdrawal process. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilSys National ID, driver's license) and proof of address. Accounts that fail KYC verification may be restricted from withdrawals until verification is completed.

4. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your phjoy98 login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password for your phjoy98 account and not reuse it across other platforms.
• Never share your login credentials with any third party, including family members.
• Log out of your phjoy98 account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.

phjoy98 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

phjoy98 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following approved payment methods: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank), and debit cards. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

• Minimum deposit: ₱5 (subject to change; refer to the cashier for current limits).
• Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completed KYC verification. phjoy98 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before releasing any withdrawal.
• Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• phjoy98 does not accept cryptocurrency of any kind as a deposit or withdrawal method.
• Credit card deposits for gambling purposes are not accepted, in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.
• phjoy98 reserves the right to reverse a deposit and return funds to the originating payment method if fraud or policy violations are suspected.

Processing times vary by payment method. GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically instant. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on the receiving institution.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

phjoy98 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated in the individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed account registration and, where required, KYC verification.
• Each bonus is subject to a wagering requirement (also referred to as a playthrough requirement), which must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Unused bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry.
• phjoy98 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where practicable, reasonable advance notice will be provided.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering, or exploitation of software errors — will result in forfeiture of bonuses and may result in account closure.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, and per IP address.

7. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on phjoy98 are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, real-time dealing by trained dealers. Game outcomes are determined independently of any player action beyond the rules of the game itself.

In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your device and the result recorded on phjoy98's servers, the server-side record shall be the definitive and binding result. phjoy98's decision on all game-related disputes is final.

phjoy98 reserves the right to void any bet or game round where a technical malfunction, software error, or human error has materially affected the outcome. In such cases, the affected stake will be returned to the player's account balance.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on phjoy98 and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with phjoy98 games or systems.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity through the phjoy98 platform.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC, or any other verification process.
• Accessing phjoy98 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• Allowing or facilitating access to your phjoy98 account by any third party, including minors.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward phjoy98 staff or other players.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the phjoy98 platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and user interface elements — is the exclusive property of phjoy98 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the phjoy98 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any phjoy98 content without prior written consent from phjoy98.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phjoy98 and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the phjoy98 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Interruption or unavailability of the platform due to maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond phjoy98's reasonable control.
• Any decision made by you in reliance on information provided on the phjoy98 platform.

phjoy98's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phjoy98 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Responsible Gaming

phjoy98 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all players. We recognize that gambling can become harmful for some individuals, and we have implemented a range of tools and policies to support player wellbeing:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account.
• Session time reminders: Receive notifications after a defined period of continuous play.
• Cooling-off periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from phjoy98. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (net of any bonus funds subject to forfeiture) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and verification of the absence of any policy violations.

You may close your phjoy98 account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests are processed within five (5) business days.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

phjoy98 operates within the regulatory framework of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players who believe their complaint has not been adequately addressed by phjoy98 may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its official complaint channels.

14. Amendments

phjoy98 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, phjoy98 will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.

Your continued use of phjoy98 following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using phjoy98 and may request account closure as described in Section 12.
